Nowadays, PSA methodology represents fairly developed field of study. The progress in this area is focusing now rather to make use of PSA models then into the PSA methodology itself. The so-called "Risk Informed" disciplines have been booming recently. Neither all aspects of estimated risk are taken into account sufficiently nor all limitations are well understood during this expansion. The aim of this paper is to identify some problems of time dependences in the PSA tools and application with a special respect to risk monitoring and to outline possible solution whereas manageable.
