摘要

Increasing the efficiency of an installation, reducing the loss of material raw although improving the monitoring system reliability of production lines requires a detailed diagnosis of the production system. We have carried out two diagnosis: the first one based on observations and quantitative information, the second one, is based on quantitative information revealing performance indicators. The data analysis leds to a reevaluation of the effectiveness, which increased by 8%, and to the determination of the insufficiency causes in the monitoring system reliability. Finally, The development of a software package SDMP which has integrated perfectly into the current monitoring system makes possible the setup of a controlling platform of physical flows, inside the factory.
