Crystallization behavior of gas atomized and spark plasma sintered (SPS) Cu_(54)Ni_6Zr_(22)Ti_(18) amorphous powders were studied using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). By heating to the temperatures of 837K and 909K, the amorphous phases in the powders formed particles such as Cu_(10)Zr_7 and Cu_(51)Zr_(14). The size of crystals devitrified is about 20nm and 50nm, respectively. In order to identify the sintering ability of SPS, the compressive strength was measured with the initial powder size and SPS pressure.
