After the being WTO entry,China industrial park construction promoted the urbanized advancement,which led to the regional economies the development the important function which fanned out from point to area.But the question which exposes in the urban construction gives us without doubt by the important enlightenment.China urban construction cannot take some tortuous paths which the overseas urban construction passes through.China urban construction must unify region and existing cities culture, economical characteristic and natural environment factors and so on.Summarizing set of urban constructions in the realistic foundation to renew the transformation the comprehensive theory,which utilizes to instruct our work. Meanwhile in crosswise and in longitudinal study foundation, summarizing the international urban construction's experience,used for reference by this achievement,constructs China to adapt the zones of different economic development characteristic to have the respective characteristic urban pattern.Specially carries on the western big development in China in the economic development,joined WTO in China in the advancement,utilizes fully the experience and the theory of Chinese and the world urban construction accumulates instructs China's urban construction and the western economical development,which further promotes Chinese other areas the town construction level and the economical the further development.
