摘要

In this presentation, manganese doped zinc silicate phosphors were prepared by aerosol pyrolysis using air jet nozzle. The particles had a narrower size distribution, spherical shape. As a result, the size of the panicle formed was increased due to bigger droplet size. Also luminescent surface area and crystalline structure of particles, which may be ascribed to the size effect, is better than ultrasonic aerosol pyrolysis.
