摘要

As a dissipative structure, the human resource exploitation system (HRES) should follow the rules of dissipative structure. Whether this system evolves in a sound or bad direction depends on its sequential parameter. This paper proposes a model for identifying the HRES evolvement on the basis of gray incidence entropy, taking the quantity of the human resource as the sequential parameter for the HRES. In the paper, the evolving trend of the HRES is analyzed through some case study.
