Now the medical treatment realm faces potential or emerging doctor-patient relationship crisis. Based on the research about cooperation management theory and deeply analyses on doctor-patient relationship, it is pointed out in this paper that, the crisis can not be thoroughly solved by development of medical technology or improving doctor's medical treatment abilities or supporting by medical diagnosis expert system, and the key method to overcome the conjunctures is to improve the cooperation between doctors and patients. This paper begins with an introduction of medical crisis, the work that we have done to cope with medical crisis and the puzzle we faces, then goes to analysis on the fundamental reasons leading to doctor-patient relationship crisis. Furthermore cooperation management theory is outlined. Finally, based on the cooperation management theory, the model of "3S1M"is presented to improve doctor-patient relationship and advancing the degree of patient's satisfaction.
