This paper presents a new method in the field of design and exploitation of broach. The present work puts in the hands of designers and technologists a material to solve the problems they are dealing with. This study highlights the geometrical elements of triangular flutes broaching and design the active parts of the broach. This investigation clarifies the verification of the broach, particularly in the calibration teeth zone, using control roll.
