摘要

The rehomogenization of the solute concentration in the melt during initial stage of solidification of Ge doped with Sb using AHP method (Axial Heat Process) has been studied numerically. The problem involves convective movement with heat and mass transfer in the me segregation processes at the interface, interface tracking (Stefan problem), heat conduction in the crystal and in the crucible wall. Computations were performed using temperature data obtained from the experiment and also using temperature data obtained by approximation of experimental data by piecewise linear functions. At each time step concentration distribution in the melting zone was defined. The conditions at which concentration distribution in the melting zone does not exhibit significant maximums and therefore a good mixing is achieved are indicated. Analytical solution of one-dimensional diffusion problem with given initial distribution of concentration in the melting zone has been also obtained and compared with numerical solution.
