摘要

A novel diblock copoly-mer, consisting of a biocompatible phosphorylcholine block (MPC) and a pH sensitive dimethylamino ethyl block (DMA), denoted as MPC_(30)DMA_(60), shows interesting properties of surface adsorption and solution aggregation. These features have been exploited to condense DNA into nanoaggregates in bulk solution and to immobilise DNA onto a substrate surface. These molecular manipulations may find their applications in controlled release and bionanotechnology.
