How to design a feasible profit maximized project solution is the most important consideration in the process of decision for bid. This article prompts a revised method based on traditional Case-based Reasoning (CBR), and applies it in the dynamic decision process for bid. And the authors have implemented a set of practical computer software with great expansibility, to support enterprises to design project solutions exactly, freely and quickly.
