With the rapid development of IT (information technology) industry, the new transaction mode of e-business has emerged at the historic moment, applying to the tourist field quickly, immediately followed by the development of tourist destination e-business. Considering from the status quo of the IT industry development and the trends of the tourism development, this article has analyzed the construction background of the Tourist Destination E-business System (TDES) , and given an elaboration on the construction of TDES. Finally, the article has established a B2C model of Three Gorges TDES in China and analyzed its superiorities.
