By further completing energy-balance equation for gas in Roller Hearth Furnace (RHF), the paper establishes a one-dimensional long-furnace heat transfer mathematical model, which couples with radiative heat transfer equations for solid wall in RHF. In addition to, the temperature fields in some typical working conditions are carefully accounted.
