摘要

For industrial measuring equipments used in the steel sheet processing line, there are various kinds of advanced requirements such as high accuracy, continuous measuring and maintainability. These industrial equipment are classified into two types. The contents of the development and the equipment overview of the two industrial equipment which have been developed in the viewpoint of the iron steel manufacturer. Both the acid concentration-device and the electrolyte analyzer have been developed as industrial measuring device not as laboratory use, and have achieved high accuracy and reliability. These devices are based on the maintenance technology and experiences and consist of minimal number of mechanical parts.
