As far as control on speed of diesel is concerned, the scheme of optimal control is the Control target. So far, some control schemes have been developed. In this paper, an optimal method of control is given, which has the ability to follow the varying track of object's parameter with double self-adaptive schemes. Under disturbing conditions, the property of system response is stable. The results of computer simulation show that the self-adaptive control scheme is effective.
