The price of knowledge makes a great impact on its transaction. By analyzing the characteristics of knowledge transactions, we build the analytical framework of knowledge pricing. On this basis, we analyze the price of knowledge from the knowledge providers and buyers. The knowledge to be transacted has value and use value. The knowledge pricing is affected by knowledge development costs, knowledge transaction volume, Investment returns and so on. We draw some meaningful conclusions, which could be the basis for the research of relative problems.
