摘要

The development of venture capital has great importance to the sustained and rapid development of the Chinese economy. In this paper, it analyzes several points to improve the international status of venture capital, the scientific and technological achievements, the transformation and acceleration of the modernization of industrial structures, as well as clears the significance of enterprise property rights. According to the status quo corporate venture capital, this paper also analyzes the opportunities and challenges of CPV brought by the business registration, and takes advantage of option pricing, the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model (for simplicity, called as B-S) to establish a scientific evaluation index system.
