摘要

A spectrophotometric method was established to determine flavone with reaction reagent of aluminum chloride and potassium acetic in Tartary buckwheat and its products. Also, the method was evaluated on its stability and applicability. Afterwards, it had been handed into Chinese Ministry of Agriculture as recommendatory national standard of agriculture to be waiting for approval.
