摘要

After optimized factors affecting transformation, an Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transfer method has been established. Some factors influencing transformation efficiency were tested. Based on this system, the target genes of chitinase gene and B.t gene were attempted to transfer into kenaf. The assay of GUS gene expression showed that Chitinase gene and B.t gene were transferred into kenaf line 7804.
