The green space systems in small towns are one of the most interesting subjects in landscape architecture. With the case studies of two existing green space systems in Mentougou, Beijing and Chengguan, Ninghai, Zhejiang, the key characters of green space systems in small towns are analyzed, the problems during green space constructions are defined, and then some principles and solutions for green space system planning are outlined.
