It has been found out that VO2+, Fe3+, Co2+ ions are catalysts of thernreaction between ozone and chloride ion in acid medium, Al3+, Cr3+,rnCr2O72-, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ce3+ ions do not have catalytic effect. Thernrate of Cb emission in the O3+Cl- reaction has been studied as arnfunction of H+, VO2+, Fe3+, Co2+ concentrations in the reaction solution.rnThe scheme of the catalytic reaction has been proposed, that explainsrnthe experimental data on catalytic action of H+, VO2+, Fe3+, Co2+ ions.rnThe numerical values of the constants of the scheme stages have beenrndetermined.
