Ultra High Strength Fibre Reinforced Concretes (UHSFRC) have been developed recently that are able to reach compressive strengths even above 200 MPa. The bending behaviour is improved by the addition of steel fibres, which allows flexural strengths of 20-30 MPa. The flexural behaviour of one UHSFRC mixture was tested with a four point bending test. The test was with static as well as fatigue loading on two fixed load levels at a 10 Hz frequency. The production method was found to have a direct influence on the fibre alignment and, therefore, on the flexural strength.
