Considering the large gain ripple of high-power microwave devices in their operatingbandwidth, various equalized nets on which several coaxial absorptive resonators were cascadedon the coaxial line, were designed and made combining various requirements of users andconcrete devices. The electromagnetic field inside the resonant cavity was analyzed theoretically.The best result of equalization was that 12dB gain ripple was equalized 0.35dB while the operatingbandwidth of a high power traveling-wave tube (TWT) was 300MHz in Ku spectrum.
