Baifoshi watershed, locates in the hinterland of Sichuan Basin. Based on social economical condition and the status quo land-use, this design for park of soil and water conservation and eco-sci-technology has been completed. From the very beginning, both reconstructing the eco-environment, developing the area industrial chain, and the application of new technology of soil and water conservation, are the two aims. And the practice of this design will set example for soil and water conservation, eco-environment construction, and study the method for sustainable development in small watershed in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.

机译：百福市的分水岭，位于四川盆地腹地。根据社会经济状况和土地利用现状，完成了水土保持生态科技园区设计。从一开始，既要重建生态环境，发展区域产业链，又要应用水土保持新技术，是两个目标。该设计实践将为水土保持，生态环境建设树立榜样，研究长江上游小流域可持续发展的方法。
