摘要

The objective of this research was to examine the thermal and moisture behaviour of an in situ cast concrete slab with embedded floor heating elements during the initial drying period of the structure. Another objective was to examine the effect of floor heating on the fulfilment of the common covering criteria. Rapid changes in heating power, i.e. temperature changes of embedded heating elements have a major influence on the moisture humidity levels of the surrounding concrete. When determining the relative humidity of a massive concrete slab for the floor covering criteria, the measurement should always be performed in operational temperatures and at the section between the elements outside the range of the drier zone surrounding the heated conduit. The equivalent measuring depth should be in both cases 0.4 X total height of the concrete slab.
