This paper presents a model generating corrosion surface of steel plate, considering with aging progress. In the model, it is assumed that corrosion depths are caused by "attack factor", which has a strength whose values will be determined by corrosion environment, and that several attack factors come down randomly on the steel surface and dig the surface a certain period. Corrosion depths are made by repeating that process every the period. Moreover, in order to consider the fact based on some observations that the corrosion expands to not only depth-direction but also width-direction, spacial auto-correlation model is applied to express the space-expansion. Comparing modeled surfaces and actual ones of a plate girder, it is concluded that the model proposed herein can provide closely resembled corrosion surfaces by aging. Consequently, the strength deterioration of corroded structure in the future will be estimated, using the corrosion surface generated by the model.
