摘要

In this paper are shown some of the experimental results on ultimate capacity of slender RC columns. This paper analyzes the problem regarding reinforced concrete slender columns that are eccentrically stressed in regards to two main central inertia axis with a rectangular cross section. The end of 1999, at the laboratories of Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro, Podgorica, has completed experimental research presented here. A short revue of available results from three series of columns (30 models), which were investigated with short-term and long-term load, is presented. On the bases of measured results the behavior of biaxial bending columns were described, with the review of characterized diagram in regards to some influential parameters. At the same time the phenomenon in the process of experimental research were described which are, according to author's opinion, earned the attention an which are related to the studied field in this paper. This result can be useful for comparison with the results of other authors investigating or evaluating current regulation in this field, or for new design methods.
