Structural behavior and resistance of moment-resisting plain frame systems of multi-story RC buildings subjected to lateral extreme action effects caused by wind velocity pressures and earthquake motions are under consideration. Cracking process, hysteresis loops, energy dissipation and resistance peculiarities of primary (injured) and repaired floor-wall joints in full scale are investigated experimentally. Computer simulation data on floor-wall joint behavior and resistance are presented. An effect of injections of epoxy resin grouts on the behavior and resistance of repaired joints is analyzed.
