The basic of the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is based on the idea that nearly every job can be broken down into steps. In the first part of the JHA each step is listed in order of occurrence while an employee performs the work. This means that a JHA can be exactly done only when a job is performed. Simulation brakes down the project into elementary activities too and it also gives the percentage of occurrence for every single activity. This paper will study the JHA for the installation of a structural and miscellaneous steel erection project and will show that simulation can help to list the activities in order of occurrence even if the job is never been observed before.
