摘要

The main cause of (PC) tendon corrosion is duct leakage. Therefore, duct leakage inspection is critical for judging whether a tendon is corroding. This research was performed based on the principle of elastic collision between neutrons and hydrogen atoms in the emergence of thermalization, and suggests the multi-neutron source and multiple detectors be combined and detection time be properly extended so that the probability of catching thermal neutrons may be enhanced for inspecting PC duct leakage. The experiment outcome showed that the detection depths of the leakage within the concrete were increased by this method.
