摘要

The present paper proposes a new foundation system for housing by means of precast concrete. The system is composed by L-type, T-type and Beam-type parts. Each part is connected only by means of two bolts in the horizontal and vertical direction. The performance evaluation tests are carried out by using Beam-type and L-type parts. The object of the test is to verify the possibility of production, to investigate experimentally the behavior of precast concrete foundation system and to evaluate the practicality of the foundation system. In this paper, the behavior of new continuous footing system for housing is examined experimentally. The possibility and the potential of the new foundation system are confirmed in the performance evaluation test.
