Studying petroleum resources strategy has important meanings. To resource understanding of person who obtain can influence choice of strategy is necessary to establish new resource know. Resource strategy want and consider global, expansionary, economic necessity. Foreign petroleum resources strategy, Russia relies on the resource advantage in the native country, realize that develops continually and steadily; U.S.A. fully excavates the resource potentiality in the native country, opens up the foreign resources market energetically, Regard pursueing benefit to maximize as the goal, protect resources of native country to the best of one's ability; Japanese government and enterprise unite, open up international resources and oil market with all strength, Implement multi-level and multi-channel exploration to develop, in order to guarantee the national security. The petroleum resources of enterprise of oil field strategy of our country, regard increasing the recoverable reserves of economy as the centre, Fully excavate existing resource potentiality, expand resources and explore the field constantly, open up the domestic and international resource market energetically. Increase reserve resource have three key direction , raise and draw on final recovery ratio of reserves already; Second, improve the degree of putting to use that has already verified the geological reserves ; Third, the degree of providing of improving the reserves of distant view.
