Based on the theory of conjugate revolving quadric theory, the analytic method of calculating the straightening roller curve in the procedure of straightening the bar has been given . Meanwhile, the equations , which describe roller curve and the longitudinal section , are given and simulated in computer. A brief method of designing and drawing the straightening roller curve is introduced.
