摘要

Scale-up leaching test proceeded to 250g/5L. Leaching conditions are as followings : 250g/5L, S/L concentration, 2M H_2SO_4, 10 vol.% H_2O_2(30%), 75℃, 300rpm, reaction time 30minutes. leaching efficiency of metal ions such as Co, Li, Fe, Ni, Al and Cu are recorved over 95%. Oxalic acid solution was added to leaching solution to recover cobalt. In the state of mole ratio of cobalt to oxalic acid changed from 1:1 to 1:4 to improve recovery efficiency of cobalt in leaching solution. In the results, Ni, Cu and Co were recovered over 90%, Li, Fe, Al is almost no reacted, The mole ratio of cobalt to oxalic acid in leaching solution controlled to 1:1 and reaction of the result to leaching efficient 50% of cobalt. But the increase of mole ratio of cobalt to oxalic acid improves recovery efficiency of cobalt in leaching solution.
