This paper describes an approach of knowledge sharing in virtual team based on an intelligentized E-mail pushing system. The system is mainly composed of a search engine, a knowledge base, a knowledge warehouse, a reasoning machine, an E-mail sending system and a timer. The system can be used to find out what kinds of knowledge should be recommended and then sent to the member automatically at the right time.
