The purpose of this research is clarifying the characteristic of the model of the group decision-making by the EMS (the Electronic Meeting System) using the MAS (the Multi-Agent Simulator). The model taken up in this research is remote and asynchronous EMS. The target subject of EMS is "the Group Purchase Problem of a Car". This subject is that the Multi-Agent (MA) chooses what is considered to be the optimal for a company from many choices (different types of cars). Since the characteristic of the subject and the structure of this model have generality, this model is applicable to the adoption problem of the staff in a research institute or a university, etc. In this model, the agent has an ordinal utility vector (an opinion) to a choice. Moreover, the reputation over a choice affects the renewal of an agent's ordinal utility vector (an opinion). By the interaction (communication) between the agents by the EMS, meeting is completed at a certain same ordinal utility vector (an opinion), which is taken by all agents. In the MAS, the process of group decision-making by the EMS proceeds as a random encounter of the agent on the space. The conditions of a simulation are the followings. (1) The width of the space where the agents are located at random is (50x50). (2) The distribution of the number of agents belonging to the different opinion group has several types. (3) The total number of agents are (60, 120). (4) The agent's views are (0, 1, 2). (5) The types of a space are (the lattice model and the hexagon model). (6) The numbers of choices are (2, 3). By this research, we investigate the time-length to the agreement formation according to these difference conditions.
