摘要

The Shannon's Formula is a famous quantitative formula for information measurement. It can be widely used in the information theory and practice. But it is difficult to be used quantitatively for the information-state transition and knowledge description. In order to solve this difficulty, in this paper the idea and definition of the Distance of Information-state Transition (DIT in short) is proposed. The "dit" is defined and suggested to be used as an unit of the quantitative description for the DIT. Then in this paper the calculation of DIT is discussed and the examples are given.
