摘要

The problem of stock-out in multi-echelon distributed inventory system was researched, which based on period review policy. We used Gauss and Poisson distribution. Three models of emergency order, average allocation and allocation in proportion to the quantity demand were presented. Via case to compare three models, we can get model of making total inventory minimize, which can provide theoretical evidence for the inventory system to make management decision.
