摘要

Knowledge management is a managing theory emerging with the development of IT in the end of 80s and beginning of 90s of the 20th century. Its notable character is to take knowledge as core of management. It is to manage knowledge and to manage using knowledge. The nature of managing science & technology projects is to manage the process of creating new knowledge, and it need lots of knowledge to do, so it is a typical job of knowledge management. It will improve the level of managing science & technology projects, and advance the science & technology innovation to apply the theories and methods of knowledge management into the science & technology projects. The paper analyzed the knowledge system in managing science & technology projects, discussed the feathers and main tasks of its management, and proposed a way to manage it used IT to improve science & technology projects management.
