The theory of gathering magnet is used to change and improve the magnetic route of general push-pull magnetic coupler, and the new coupler's character is simulated and analyzed with the finite element analysis software—ANSYS. Compared with the general push-pull coupler's character, it is found that the flux of losing was reduced, the pull-out torque are increased by more than 30%, so the character of magnetic coupler is greatly improved.
