The effect of quenching process, annealing temperature and holding time on the structure and magnetic properties of Nd_(11)Fe_(77.5)Co_(5.2)B_6Zr_(0.3) amorphous ribbon fabricated by melt spinning has been studied. The results have shown that when 35m/s quenched ribbon is annealed for 700℃ x720s the magnetic properties is Br=0.81T, iHc=805KA/m and (BH)_(max)=102KJ/m~3. The microstructure of the two phase nanocomposite consists of soft(α-Fe) and hard(Nd_2Fe_(14)B) magnetic grains. The average grain size is D_(α-Fe)=28nm and D_(Nd2Fe14B)=40nm.
