Performance Analysis for Thermal Stability of Sintered NdFeB Materials for Electrical Machines

摘要

Magnetic performance parameters of two hundred SH series sintered NdFeB magnet samples for electrical machines at room temperature and high temperature are tested by using MM—10000H testing system which is produced by National Institute of Metrology P.R. China. These NdFeB magnets are produced by about ten material manufactories. In the paper, basing on the testing results, EC standard and Chinese national standard about sintered NdFeB materials, the thermal stability of these magnet samples is analyzed. Consequently, it is given that the sintered NdFeB materials for electrical machines need to content certain specification requirements.
