We prepared the Au-doping FePt samples and file the bulk sample by diamond files and prepared powder sample in order to obtain the disordered FePt alloys. By doping 40 at%Au in a nominal formula Fe_(100)Pt_(100-x)Au_x or powdering by files, disorder FePt lattice can be prepared. The large coercive force having the value of more than 1 0 kOe was observed in the magnetic loop for some of the aging samples. The Curie temperature for the disorder alloy determined to be 580 K. The sample contained a lot of stress and strain is expected to be in disorder state easily. The powder sample produced by MA cannot avoid the contamination of Fe and stainless steel. However, sample preparations by Au doping are improved the contamination and the disorder state becomes stable.
