摘要

The ductile-brittle transition behavior of the electrodeposited Ni-W nanocrystalline alloys having high hardness and good ductility has been examined. After annealing at 200℃, the ductile-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) increased rapidly to above the room temperature with increasing annealing time. After annealing at 180℃ and below, DBTT saturated well below the room temperature. Forming behaviors of the alloys during annealing at 180℃ and below have been also observed by using the mold clamping techniques. So, we have proposed 3-dimensional high precision forming process of nanocrystalline Ni-W alloys by using the UV-lithographic technologies and the mold clamping ones.
