@@Semiconducting polymers represent a novel class of semiconductors that combine the electrical, optical and magnetic properties of semiconductors with the processing advantages and outstanding mechanical properties of polymers. Semiconducting polymers have been important as the active materials in a new generation of electronic and optical devices, including polymeric light-emitting diodes (PLEDs), field effect transistors (FETs) and photovoltaic cells,[1-3]. However, many unresolved issues remain in polymer electronic devices processing. The biggest one is a difficulty in direct electrode and active layers patterning for device fabrication. Specially, micropatterning semiconducting polymers over large areas with sub-micron spatial resolution are important for fabrication of integrated organic electronic devices.
