摘要

Multi-rope friction winders are used widely in coal and metallic mine production. However, many steel wire-ropes are suspended on the same hoisting vessel at the same time, and suffered from the problem of force unbalance. The force unbalance not only affects the work performance and equipment cost, but also threaten the safe operation of the equipment. In this paper, a method used to evaluate the measuring accuracy of steel wire ropes tension and its reliability under different condition is presented in theory based on a simple and practical static method (unsteadiness because of its lower accuracy, being liable to be affected by the spot condition, monitoring point and the deviation of indirect measure). It offers theoretical foundation for conforming the monitoring position, monitoring condition and the reliability of monitoring result reasonably.
