On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of coal seam water infusion and the dust-laying, a mixed-type coal seam water infusion method was put forward. And, the result of an industrial experiment which was carried out on-the-spot indicates that this method can increase the water content of the coal body which is difficult for water to infuse, decrease the dust yield of the fully-mechanized caving face, and ensure the safety of the enterprise at the same time. So, this technique is meaningful in guiding the coal seam water infusion of China.
