摘要

The instability of a falling film on inclined surfaces is analyzed using the lubrication approximation. The results indicate that there is a capillary bridge caused by the gravity and surface tension just behind the contact line, and the capillary bridge whose height is with respect to the angle of surface and the thickness of the precursor film plays an important role in the instability development of a falling film.
