摘要

Wine distillery wastewater, commonly called vinasses, was treated by an anaerobic moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) with 32.9 liter available volume. The reactor was filled with about 66% cylindrical polyethylene supports with density 0.84g cm~(-3) as biofilm carrier. The reactor was sequentially mixed by a submerged centrifugal pump fixed on the bottom of it.Each mixing times just lasted 1.25minutes.The reactor was continuously fed with vinasses at organic loading rate(OLR) between 1.6-29.59g SCOD l~(-1)d~(-1) and hydraulic retention time(HRT) of 1.55-6.33days.Soluble chemical oxygen demands(SCOD) removal efficiency was 81.3-89.2% at OLR of 29.59g SCOD l~(-1)d~(-1) and HRT of 1.55days at the end of the study. Fe,Ni,Co were only supplemented into influent of the reactor from operation day 178 to 181 The trace elements did not only enhance SCOD removal by 20-30%,and also help the reactor to develop a well-buffered pH ability to endure acidic influent fed into reactor.The amount of attached biomass was increased with OLR,and nearly 88.6% total biomass was attached on support on day 232.The final specific density of support in the reactor was 0.93-1.05g cm~(-3),which increased about 10.7-25%.
