摘要

Measuring the project's economic result is a basic method to decide if the project is feasible. Now many regions in Western China are deficient in water resource. Reusing the regenerated water is a valid way to alleviate the nervous. But when investors taking these projects into account, they always pay close attention to the economic gains. It is necessary to conduct the economic evaluation with advisable ways. Based on the economic and financial analysis of some regenerated water manufacturers in Xi' an, the author suggests that regard the NPV (the net present value) as the target of conducting the economic evaluation. When the project's NPV is more than zero, the project is feasible, otherwise is not feasible. By the index of NPV, the government and enterprises could get the basis of decision.
